Anyway, it has been announced and confirmed that Ellen DeGeneres will be replacing Paula Abdul as the fourth judge after auditions. Ellen announced it on Wednesday on her show and Fox has confirmed it.

This picture makes me smile lolI'm curious to see how she will fit in with the rest of the judges. Obviously she has no background knowledge in singing so her judgments will probably be more like the home viewer opinion with little to no technical help. Either way, I'm excited to see how this goes!
